“I am a brave man, I want to show.” Survivors Got Talent Show

This event will provide a chance for cancer patients to show off their spirit and talent and watch other patients’ performances, improving their morale. The talent show will also emphasize to cancer patients that a cancer diagnosis doesn’t mean they need to give up Hobbies. On the contrary, it can be an impetus to start developing a talent.
“I am a brave person, I want to show – Survivors Got Talent”, is the New Hope Chinese Cancer Care Foundation in 2016 for cancer friends to do the activities. Cancer friends are very much welcomed to show their interests and hobbies. Individuals or groups are very welcome whether they are static paintings or dynamic music performances. Registration is now available at www.newhopecancer.org , 408-609-3338. The event will take place from 2pm to 4pm on June 12th (Sunday) and will be held at the Milpitas Library. All participants will receive a DVD of the day’s performance as a memorial.
Lang Sixin was 87 years old this year. Cancer friends are welcome to show their vitality and show new hope through this activity,” said Li Qiaojun, Executive Director of New Hope.
One of the organizers, Li Xiangying, president of the Happy Club of the Gynecological Cancer Mutual Group and also a cancer friend, said, “If you are sick, don’t forget that you were interested.” She also specializes in friends and good friends. Cancer friend accompaniment, she stressed, “Just come to register, is the first step to display new hope for yourself and other cancer friends.” Shen’s anti-cancer comics touched many people’s hearts, “There are people before the disease is black and white, life was born After the illness, life has become colored.” She has relapsed and she encourages cancer patients to be treated courageously and to have the courage to make life more colorful. “Friends and friends are the best cheering team.” Shen Yao, a new hope director, also said: “This It will be a warm and interesting activity. The talent show is divided into two categories: static display and dynamic performance. Waiting for display may include: photography, painting (western painting, Chinese painting, oil painting, etc.), calligraphy, handicrafts, etc. Dynamic performances may include: singing, dancing, various types of drama (Peking opera, short plays, talk shows, etc.), musical performances, magic, acrobatics, etc. Registration is free, and there is a chance to perform at the new annual meeting in October. The only condition requirement is that at least one exhibitor/genre must be a cancer friend regardless of group or individual. The performance process will be videotaped and presented as a souvenir.
