Shiyue Shi Jiuri – Chinese Cancer Center Lecture Series (physical and spiritual health: Yoga and book club)

Yoga teacher Liu Lizhen led the yoga movement, practiced a sense of balance, experienced physical relaxation, and further promoted spiritual harmony. Lin Yufang and Xu Yujun introduced how the book club can help people understand their own health and the harmony of their interpersonal relationships, improve their health, and improve their inner spiritual growth and quality of life.

Speaker: Liu Liyan Yoga teacher, more than 10 years yoga experience.

Ms. Lin Yufang, currently studying for a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, volunteered on the suicide prevention hotline to counsel callers who have a psychological or emotional crisis or suicidal tendency. Ms. Xu Yujun drives sharing together to explore the relationship between her own beliefs and life processes, establish correct health concepts, and promote spiritual harmony.
