Kaiser Permanente San Jose and Santa Clara are excited to host the 12th Annual Seeds of Hope/Cancer Survivors Day event. This year, Seeds of Hope will be offering more than 50 educational booths and activities centered around our theme: “Nourish Your Heart, Empower Your Brain, Transform Your Future.” This event provides an opportunity for our members, along with their families, caregivers, and support community, to help our survivors prepare, recover, and celebrate life after cancer treatment, as well as reduce the risk of recurrence.
